Historic Reesor Ranch - Whole Ranch booking
We invite you to book the whole ranch for your group of 50 - 100 guests.....'Cowboy Comfort' in the Cypress Hills, exclusive for your group only!
Included in the whole ranch booking:
Old Log Barn - sleeps 30 double occupancy. 8 bedrooms in loft and 7 in Rancher's Row. Main hall with kitchen and Games Room. Please refer to this link for more detailed info. 2 new bathrooms for 2012 will have one shower in each as well as 1 wheelchair accessible toilet & 1 regular toilet in stalls.
Firepit in Old Log Barn courtyard. Firewood supplied for evening campfires only. Guests can bring firewood for day use. Large lawn area for volleyball, badminton, soccer, horseshoe pits.
Ranch Hall - tables and chairs seat up to 100 guests for meals, gatherings, weddings, dances and meetings. Has a fridge with freezer compartment.
Ranchhouse bedrooms - 5 bedrooms with 5 double beds and 2 extra single beds. Sleeps 10 double occupancy and 2 singles. Breakfast not included with ranchhouse rooms for group bookings. No children under 6 please. Meals are not to be prepared or eaten in the ranchhouse. Please plan your meals at the Old Log Barn and store your food in the Barn Kitchen.
Log Cabin - 4 single beds in loft and 1 queen bed for 2 fold out couch. No children or teens to be left unattended. 2 minute drive from main ranch buildings. Portapotti toilet.
Cowboy's Cabin - 1 double bed for 2 and 1 futon double bed. 2 person jacuzzi tub and self-contained bathroom and kitchenette. No children or teens to be left unattended.
Campers, trailers, tents and RV parking in designated areas. Limited electric plug-ins.
We can sleep 52 guests in beds with bedding - 46 in doubles and 6 in singles. Our capacity will continue to grow and prices will reflect the upgrading in 2012.
Price for 2012: $1,500 per night for first 52 guests. Add $15 per additional guest up to 100. Children two and under free. Taxes will be added. Minimum 2 night booking and 3 nights for long weekends. $5 charge each for day guests attending your function. 30% non-refundable deposit required to book and balance one month in advance.
Catered meals are available. Old Log Barn kitchen is also equipped for groups to prepare meals. Buffet breakfasts/brunches/lunches - $15 per person, 6 and under 1/2 price, 2 and under free. Ranchstyle Buffet suppers - $25 per person, 6 and under 1/2 price, 2 & under free.
Check-in time 4 pm. Check-out time 11 am.
No pets please - we supply ranch pets.

I don't know where to start.....we had an amazing time at Karyn & Dave's wedding. The view fantastic, weather hot, lack of bugs, hosts were truly awesome, so very kind & helpful with all our needs. Your ranch is a place that more people need to be aware of, we all felt at home, had lots of laughter & even singing....hope we didn't keep you up all night!
