CHUCKWAGON DINNERS

Dinner menu for our Old Log Barn Guests.  Minimum of 20 guests.

1. Campfire Dinner - "U Cook"

Includes Smokies & Buns (Max. 2 per guest). Mustard, Ketchup, Relish.  Vegetable platter & Ranch Dressing.  Deep Browned Beans.  Apple/Orange Juice boxes.  "Dad's Old Fashioned" cookies and apples.  Marshmallows for evening campfire.  Paper plates, cutlery & wiener sticks for smokies supplied.  Cost: $10 per guest; $7 for children 10 & under. 

2. Wild Roper - All Beef Hamburger BBQ - "U Cook"

Hamburgers & Buns (Max. 2 per guest).  Mustard, Ketchup, Relish.  Vegetable platter & Ranch Dressing.  Apple/Orange Juice boxes.  Deep Browned Beans.  "Dad's Old Fashioned" cookies & apples.  Paper plates & cutlery supplied.  Cost:  $15 per guest; $10.00 for children 10 & under.

3.  Range Rider Round Up Dinner - "U Cook"

6 ounce Sirloin Steak (you barbeque to your taste - 1 per guest) OR Roast Beef on a Bun (we prepare ahead of time for you - Max. 2 per guest).  BBQ sauce for the steak or mustard & Horseradish sauce for Roast Beef.  Deep Browned Beans.  Buns and butter.  Cole slaw OR Green salad with dressing.  Apple/Orange Juice boxes.  Apple Pie, coffee & tea for dessert.  Paper plates, cutlery & cups supplied.  Cost:  $20 per guest;  $15 for children 10 & under.  

4.  "We Cook" & Cowboy Poetry

For an extra $5 per guest, our friendly ranch staff will cook, serve any of the above dinners buffet style, and then clean up for you.  Also included with your Dinner, Cowboy Poetry & Storytelling by Host, Scott Reesor.         

Taxes included in all of our prices.  For groups wanting more than one or two #3 and #4 Chuckwagon Dinners we can add variety such as chicken, turkey, & pork.  We are open to your suggestions.
